Clinical Supervision and professional development

  • Personalized

My clinical supervision approach starts by addressing some of the licensee concerns in practice. This is collaborative work where we discuss strengths, weaknesses, and interests in your practice to help you find your niche. We discuss interventions that are commonly used to address specific clinical diagnosis. During our work together, through supervision, you will learn how to do the following: complete assessments, diagnose, safety planning, treatment planning, engagement and more.

  • Supportive

Are you passionate about your work? I work with clinicians who are passionate about their work as a clinician/therapist, who seek to learn to enhance their skills. My goal is to help my supervisee feel confident in their abilities as a professional.

  • Integrative

Clinician supervision can help you, the supervisee with your professional development because you can obtain knowledge and helpful tips to address your concerns in your practice. You will be able to collaborate and talk about your work where you receive feedback in a non-judgmental and constructive way. Supervision can also assist you with earning clinical supervision hours that are needed to obtain their clinical license to become an LCSW.
